The 2014 Aviation Expo will be held October 31 - November 2 at the Palm Springs Convention Center. This world class three-day event is open to the public and will host a wide array of aircraft, helicopters, aviation equipment and services. Up to 10,000 pilots and industry experts from around the world are expected to attend the event, which will feature a trade show, engaging speakers, pilot training workshops, and fun-filled evening events.

Aviation Expo needs volunteers to help with the parking of attendee arrival aircraft, coordinating the Parade of Planes through the streets of Palm Springs, directing ground transportation, and managing the flow of people and vehicles.
