The Flying Aviation Expo presented by Scheyden is an industry collaboration between aviators who are passionate about providing an opportunity to build community among pilots. We embrace the aviator lifestyle; it’s not a hobby, but a way of life and we seek to create an experience that allows attendees to immerse themselves in all things aviation. The Expo brings together aircraft manufacturers, pilot products and services and pilots for 3 days of airplane browsing, product shopping and pilot education.

Jeff-headshotJeff Herold, founder of West Coast Trends, Inc., has always had an entrepreneurial spirit. He first found success within the golf and travel industry with his company, Club Glove started in 1990. His initial interest in aviation began as a desire to find a more efficient way of travel for his growing business.

Shortly after enrolling in flight classes in 1998, Jeff found the need to enhance the experience in the cockpit and began Scheyden Precision Eyewear, providing handcrafted eyewear specifically catering to the needs of pilots and aviation enthusiasts. Almost 20 years later, he is still an avid aviation advocate and continues to find ways to push the overall awareness and success of the industry.
